Our Services

AES provides filtration services, vacuum trucks, onsite storage of brines and various corrosive products, waste management and environmental consultancy. We are able to combine these service lines to provides integrated solutions for our clients

One of the key factors that set’s us apart from our competitors is that AES is focused on providing quality people and a fleet of new equipment. We only use best in class equipment managed by trained personnel.

We currently operate in the following sectors

  • Energy Sector
  • Construction
  • Mining

Filtration

filtrationThe primary objective in oilfield filtration is to prevent reservoir damage. Many contaminants can plug
off the reservoir / production zones during completion and water injection. Proper well-site maintenance of high-value completion fluids is a key element to a cost-effective well completion.

The AES professional team of trained specialists have the ability to identify your filtration solution and design a system for the specific application.

AES provides both diatomaceous earth and cartridge filtration systems for well-site filtration processes. We offer a variety of unit sizes designed to meet requirements for clean filtered fluids achieving a 5 NTU or lower, for suitable displacement fluid. AES can provide the following equipment:

  • Cartridge filter units
  • Compact VPL DE Units
  • Filter Press DE units (FP)
  • Pump sets / Compressor / Chemical injection units

vacuumAES Filtration units are all built to DNV and ISO standard and have the following applications:

  • Well Completion fluids
  • Brines
  • Gravel pack fluids
  • Glycol
  • Amines
  • Work‐over fluids
  • Acids
  • Bilge water
  • Produced and waste water
  • Stimulation fluids
  • Pre‐ filtration
  • Seawater
  • Diesel
  • CBM Fluids

Vacuum Truck

vac-truckTransporting liquid and semi solid waste materials (both hazardous and non-hazardous) from surface impoundment, dip tanks and other chemical & fuel storage tanks in difficult weather conditions, on bad roads and rough terrain to and from remote sites can be challenging.

AES provides a fleet of high quality 90-160bbl vacuum trucks to cater for this requirement. The vacuum trucks come with a variety of features; these include heats sources to enable the transportation of heavy oils, and rear access to the tanks to allow safe cleaning and to elimination the risk of contamination between fluids.

Example Specifications are as follows:

  • Hibon pumps 820XL
  • 16 Cube Tank (100bbl)
  • 700K Boiler
  • 2 Hose Reels with Steam
  • TC407/412 Certified for Dangerous Goods.

Storage Tanks

storage-tankThe management of fluids and waste so that they can be recycled, reused, treated or disposed of properly is a constant issue.

AES has a fleet of 500BBL storage tanks skid mounted or axle units. All AES tanks are built to API standards and can be designed specifically to meet clients needs. Our tanks are doubled walled for secondary containment and epoxy lined to handle corrosive material such as brines, acids and oil and complete manifold system to tie into. Under AES’s HSE requirements all of the tanks come complete safety railings, man ways and vent lines.
