AES can supply tanks for the storage of clean brines, filtering into our tanks on site whilst the vacuum truck is used to prepare and clean the dirty rig tanks. This then enables us to transfer clean brine from the storage tanks to the rig tanks for final displacement.
If the operator wishes to have tanks on site for well testing purposes the tanks can be used for flow back and if required a vacuum truck can be used to transfer the oil to one of their nearest refineries or to another storage facility.
AES has the experience and the know how to put together an effective Waste Management System for our customers. We can supply closed or open top tanks complete with shaker, centrifuge systems and dryers that separate solids from liquids and safely haul away product that is not recycle-able.

The AES team has provided full fluid management systems to suit each application, effectively planning projects with the client to reduce costs as well as excess dumping of waste products to the environment.
The AES team provided Wintershall Libya with full filtration services and tank rental for storage of clean brines and a portable brine plant for a significant work-over campaign. In addition they provided mobile DE Filter Press units for onsite completion fluids prior to final displacement, effectively eliminating plugged completion tools and reservoir damage. Vacuum trucks were also used to properly clean the rig tanks and to haul away any non-recyclable materials.
The AES team managed a 4000bbl mud plant for storing of expensive synthetic drilling fluids and reconditioning of the mud for Shell Libya. As well as fully supported by two 160bbl vacuum trucks to haul the drilling fluid to and from the rig site as required.
The AES team supplied a 3000bbl portable onsite tank system for oil base drilling fluids, a 90bbl vacuum truck on location for day-to-day housekeeping and a variety of Filtration Services.
